The traditional methods of colorimetry, fluorescence and electrochemical detection to quantify the measured components, which are based on the corresponding signal changes of the reaction system, have been widely used in the detection of biomolecules. Nanozymes have attracted much attention in recent years because of their unique enzymatic catalytic properties. Nanozymes, mainly peroxidase-like substances, can catalyze colored reactions. On this basis, a novel biosensor based on nanozymes has been successfully designed for the detection of ions, small molecules, nucleic acids, proteins, etc.
Creative Enzymes, as a leading global company, is committed to helping our customers achieve effective and successful research. We provide accurate, convenient and guaranteed detection of ion, molecular, nucleic acid, protein services as well as immunoassay services based on nanozymes. In addition, we deliver reliable results and reports on time to our customers all over the world.

A variety of sorts of nanozymes in hybridation with nucleic acids and enzymes were able to detect DNA and/or miRNA, some novel hybrid nanozymes are engineered to detect sequence specific nucleic acids, protein aptamers, etc.
Nanozymes based on the inherent peroxidase-like property, by combining H2O2 and TMB, can detect protein such as C-reactive protein (CRP), carcino-embryonic antigen, immunodetection of human prostate surface antigen and integrin GPIIb / IIIa on human erythroleukemia cell line. They have a wide range of applications in biomedicine and disease diagnosis.
Creative Enzymes is always devoted to providing high-quality and satisfactory service to our customers. If you are interested in our services or have some questions, please feel free to contact us or make an online inquiry.
