Description
Bacteriocin TS is a natural bioactive antimicrobial peptide derived from the fermentation of Lactococcus lactis isolated from traditional dairy products, and its main active ingredient is bacteriocin. Bacteriocin TS is a natural bioactive antimicrobial peptide composed of 34 amino acids, with a molecular weight of 3350D and an active ingredient content of >2000IU/g.
The bactericidal mechanism is mainly regarded as “membrane channel mechanism”, the positively charged bacteriocin and the negatively charged phospholipids on the bacterial cell membrane are combined by electrostatic interaction, and multiple active molecules are combined on the cell membrane, which can form transmembrane pores with a diameter of 2.0~2.5nm, destroying the integrity of the cell, thus achieving the bactericidal effect.
It is characterized by good water solubility, good thermal stability, wide antibacterial spectrum, safety and non-toxicity.
It can inhibit most gram-positive and negative bacteria.
No liver or kidney toxicity, eventually hydrolyzed into active peptide in the animal body, absorbed and utilized, no drug residue.
