Iridium Nanozymes Construction Services

Iridium Oxide (IrO2) Nanozymes Construction Services

  • We provide IrO2 nanozymes with catalase (CAT)-like activity that enable catalyze H2O2 to generate endogenous O2, thereby they are widely used in the treatment of cancer.
  • Along with mechanistic studies of IrO2 catalyst, we attempt to enhance their catalytic activities via alloying or inserting dopants such as metals or anions into IrO2 nanozymes. In IrO2, transition metal dopants can access various oxidation states which can disturb the bonding between Ir and O and consequentially modulate the electronic / chemical states of IrO2.
  • The cost-effective transition metals such as Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, and Ni were doped in IrO2 nanozymes by carrying out facile hydrothermal synthesis.

Bimetallic Nanozymes Construction Services

  • Iridium atoms were deposited on palladium nano-cubes as an ultrathin outer layer (several atomic layers) to synthesize Ir / Pd nanozymes with highly efficient peroxins-mimicking enzyme activity.
  • Ir / Ru nanozymes catalyze the conversion of H2O2 to O2, effectively alleviating the hypoxia problem of tumors, and is an effective cancer treatment strategy.
