Tranilast (Rizaben) is an antiallergic drug for bronchial asthma. It has been used for the treatment of allergic disorders such as asthma, allergic rhinitis and atopic dermatitis. It has also been investigated for use as an antiproliferative drug on drug-eluting stents.
