Description
Thiocolchicine is an antimitotic alkaloid. Tubulin polymerization and microtubule assembly inhibitor and axonal cytoskeleton modulator; apoptosis inducer. Thiocolchicine-dimers were shown to be potent topoisomerase I inhibitors.
