Thiazovivin can inhibit ROCK with IC50 of 0.5 uM. Thiazovivin can enhance the efficiency of fibroblast reprogramming and promote the transformation of fibroblasts into stem cells, when used in combination with SB 431542 and PD 0325901. Thiazovivin can also improve the survival of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs).
