Description
The enzyme, characterized from the bacteria Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas putida, hydrolyses terminal non-reducing α-sulfoquinovoside residues in α-sulfoquinovosyl diacylglycerides and α-sulfoquinovosyl glycerol.
