Description
Sucralose is an artificial sweetener with the chemical formula C12H19Cl3O8. It is derived from sucrose through chlorination modification and is approximately 600 times sweeter than sucrose. Despite its high sweetness, it provides almost no calories, making it widely used in low-calorie foods and beverages. Sucralose remains stable at high temperatures, and products containing sucralose do not experience any change in sweetness or measurable loss when heated, making it highly suitable for baking and cooking.
