Description
Soy Peptone is a light yellow dry powder obtained from high quality soybeans by degreasing, enzymolysis, fine filtration, concentration and spray drying using molecular weight control technology. In addition to nitrogenous components, it is also rich in carbohydrates and vitamins, and is suitable for the growth of a very wide range of bacteria, including fungi.
Applications
As the main raw material of microbial culture medium, it is widely used in the field of microbiology and pharmaceuticals.
