Description
SD-169 is an orally available, ATP-competitve, isoenzyme-selective Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase (MAPK) inhibitor. It is 38 times more potent against p38α MAP kinase (IC50 = 3.2 nM) than p38β MAP kinase (IC50 = 122 nM).
