Ruscus Aculeatus is a dwarf evergreen shrub from Europe. The extract contains a variety of saponins that stimulate blood circulation and can be used to minimize dark circles under the eyes, reduce puffiness, shrink pores, and inhibit the secretion of sweat and oil.
Ruscus Aculeatus extract inhibits inflammation, relieves itching, erythema, and pain, and is used in soothing and anti-inflammatory products.
