As a potent inhibitor, PI-103 can inhibit p110-alpha and DNK-PK with IC50 of 8 nM and 2 nM. Besides inhibiting p110-alpha and DNK-PK,PI-103,an ATP-competitive inhibitor,shows inhibition to other targets including mTORC1,PI3-KC2-beta,p110-delta,mTORC2,p110-beta,and p110-gamma.
