Description
Phosphate-Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB) are beneficial microbes that enhance the availability of phosphorus in the soil. They play a crucial role in improving soil fertility and promoting plant growth by solubilizing insoluble phosphates into forms that plants can easily absorb.
Applications
Methods:
1. Seed Treatment: Mix 10-20 grams of PSB with water to form a slurry. Coat the seeds with the slurry before sowing.
2. Soil Application: Mix PSB with compost or organic manure and apply it to the soil. Alternatively, you can broadcast the product directly onto the soil.
3. Foliar Spray: Prepare a solution by diluting 10 grams of PSB in 10 liters of water. Spray the solution evenly on the foliage of the plants.
Dosage:
1. For seed treatment, use 10-20 grams of PSB per kilogram of seeds.
2. For soil application, use 1 kilogram of PSB per acre.
3. For foliar spray, use 10 grams of PSB per 10 liters of water.
