Description
This product is refined by fermentation of Aspergillus oryzae strain by extraction process and concentrated by ultrafiltration. Laccase is a copper-containing protease, consisting of three parts: peptide chain, sugar ligand and Cu2+. Copper ions are located in the enzyme's active site, which can synergistically transfer the electrons in the oxidation reaction and reduce oxygen to water. Laccase can catalyze the oxidation of phenols and their derivatives, aromatic amines and their derivatives, carboxylic acids and their derivatives, steroid hormones, biopigments, metal-organic compounds and non-phenolic compounds, etc., and the higher the redox potential of laccase is, the wider the range of degradable substrates.

This product is active biological agents, transport and storage process should be
dark, low temperature, dry, ventilated.
