Description
Saccharopepsin is an enzyme. This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction:Hydrolysis of proteins with broad specificity for peptide bonds. Cleaves-Leu-Leu-Val-Tyr bond in a synthetic substrate. This enzyme is present in baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).
