Description
N-Acetyl-de-O-sulfated heparin sodium salt is an enzyme substrate which inactivates thrombin via an antithrombin (AT)-dependent mechanism, which in turn prevents the formation of fibronectin. N-Acetyl-de-O-sulfated heparin sodium salt also works to inhibit activated X factor (factor Xa).
Applications
A thrombin and activated X factor inhibitor
