(1) S-adenosyl-L-methionine + 6-demethylmitomycin A = S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine + mitomycin A; (2) S-adenosyl-L-methionine + 6-demethylmitomycin B = S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine + mitomycin B
