Description
This product is an enzyme preparation made from selected fungal strains through deep liquid fermentation, advanced extraction process and ultrafiltration concentration. The enzyme is a universal catalyst for biochemical reaction. The enzyme is a universal catalyst for bioconversion reactions. It can catalyze the hydrolysis of fats and oils, and also catalyze the ester synthesis and ester exchange reactions in the non-aqueous phase.
Applications
It is widely used in leather degreasing, paper making, detergent, biodiesel, grease hydrolysis and other industries.
Appearance
Brown liquid. The color may vary slightly depending on the fermentation material, cycle and other factors, but it will not affect the efficacy.
Product Overview
Lipase plays an important role in catalyzing the synthesis of biodiesel. Compared to chemical methods, lipase offers advantages such as mild conditions, lower alcohol consumption, simpler byproduct separation, reduced wastewater, lower equipment requirements, easy product collection, and minimal pollution emissions.
As a biocatalyst, lipase can catalyze the hydrolysis of triglycerides at the oil-water interface and effectively facilitate esterification and transesterification reactions.
Lipase exhibits regioselectivity, stereoselectivity, and high stability while suppressing side reactions involving water. Additionally, the enzyme is insoluble in organic solvents, making it easy to recover and reuse. After the reaction, the separation and purification of products are also relatively simple, especially due to its stereoselective catalytic properties, which enable the separation of racemic compounds and asymmetric synthesis that are challenging with chemical methods.
Lipase is an excellent catalyst for the transesterification of triglycerides.
Optimum temperature
50-65°C
Storage
This product is an active biological agent, and should be protected from light, low temperature, dryness and ventilation during transportation and storage.
