Description
Penicillinase from Bacillus cereushas been shown to contain three distinct species when purified and examined for homogeneity by sedimentation analysis, amino-terminal analysis, and vertical acrylamide gel electrophoresis. This product with the indicated enzyme activity was briefly purified from engineered E. coli.
