This is a compound enzyme product specially developed by us for the enzymatic hydrolysis of seaweed raw materials. The most suitable Ph for kelp lyase is between 6.5 and the temperature is 45-50 degrees, so the enzymatic hydrolysis temperature is not recommended to exceed 50 degrees, and the Ph conditions are not Over 7.0 is recommended.
