Description

At present, the main production method of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate is chemical degradation method, the reaction conditions are violent, which will cause part of the destruction of the molecular structure of sodium hyaluronate. The enzyme digestion method produces hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, the reaction conditions are mild, and the molecular weight fragments obtained by degradation are structurally complete.
Since the molecular weight of sodium hyaluronate is less than 5kDa, the average size is less than 25nm, and the cell gap is about 40-50nm, it is easier to penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin than ordinary molecular weight hyaluronic acid.
