Description
1. Fresh pancreatic tissue is mashed after removing lipids and connective tissue.
2. Remove nuclease and protease.
3. Soak the tissue residue in distilled water, mix, and extract.
4. (NH4)2SO4 precipitation to obtain Carboxypeptidase A.
5. Chromatographically further purify Carboxypeptidase A.
