Description
Mycobacterium tuberculosis, commonly known as tuberculosis bacillus, is the pathogen that causes tuberculosis. The bacterium can invade various organs throughout the body, but it is most common to cause pulmonary tuberculosis. Its pathogenic mechanism and drug resistance are closely related to its specific cell components. The relevant research on its cell structure and components is of great value to the diagnosis and prevention of tuberculosis. This product is prepared by culturing Mycobacterium tuberculosis on solid culture medium, then amplifying it through liquid culture medium, collecting the cells by centrifugation, separating and purifying them, and aseptically packaging them to obtain live Mycobacterium tuberculosis cells. After being inactivated at 80°C for 1 hour, a freeze-drying protective agent (skim milk powder and sucrose) is added and it is prepared by freeze-drying process.
