Description
Restriction endonuclease Bsa I is a restriction endonuclease BsaI that is expressed by recombinant E. coli and can recognize specific sites. Restriction endonucleases are widely used in various fields such as gene localization and cloning. This enzyme can quickly cut DNA to achieve efficient gene linearization.
