Description
A highly selective inhibitor of Chk2 (IC50=15 nM). Displays <25% inhibition of 35 other kinases at 10 uM). It possesses potent radioprotective activity and prevents apoptosis of human T-cells subjected to ionizing radiation (EC50= 3-7.6 μM). It is a useful tool for determining the role of Chk2 in cellular signaling.
