Description
Bisindoylmaleimide X is a potent and selective protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor (IC50 value of 15nM for rat brain PKC). It inhibits PKC within intact platelets and T cells. It also inhibits Fas-mediated apoptosis and T cell-mediated autoimmune diseases.
