Strong inhibitor of papain, trypsin, cathepsin A and B. Inhibits to a smaller extent also plasmin. Inhibits transformation of NIH3T3 cells after transfection with an activated H-ras oncogene. Inhibition of RNA synthesis in embryos of Xenopus laevis.
