Description
This enzyme participates in the synthesis of menaquinones, phylloquinone, as well as several plant pigments. The enzyme from the cyanobacterium Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 does not accept benzoyl-CoA or phenylacetyl-CoA as substrates.
