Description
Laminarin from Laminaria digitata is a polysaccharide; primarily poly(β-Glc-[1→3]) with some β-(1→6) interstrand linkages and branch points. This is a useful chemical to study the reaction of laminarin with laminarase.
Applications
Laminarin is a storage glucan and is now used to study it’s interaction with laminarinase as its substrate.
Storage
Store at room temperature
